Diwali Celebrations 2024

On Friday 8th November all of our children celebrated the Hindu Festival of Diwali otherwise known as “The Festival of Lights.” 

Children were excited to come to Nursery in their celebration clothes to take part in some Diwali activities. Families often make rangoli patterns with coloured rice on their doorsteps; we enjoyed making rangoli patterns in the playground

We also took part in stick dancing and observed some beautiful flickering candles floating in the water trays.
